Simulator Booking
Thank you for your interest in booking a session with Virtual Aerospace.
How to Book:
1) Choose a flight experience from either the Home Page or Flight Experiences Page.
2) Either click the Buy Now button to pay online or call our Booking Hotline on 01604 211336.
3) Once you have paid online you will be sent a voucher pack the same day by 1st class post. This will be sent in a plain brown envelope without any obvious Virtual Aerospace markings. (Please note that to receive next day the order must be placed before 14:00).
4) The voucher is valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
5) To redeem your voucher call our Booking Line and talk to one of our operations staff who will help you to select a suitable date.
6) We ask you try to get to us 10 - 15 minutes before your booking time. We are always busy so turning up before this will result in a bit of a wait. However we do have a restaurant / bar next door to us if you do misjudge travel time.
Accessibility and Restriction:
We want to try to accommodate everybody but do have a few restrictions or prerequisites due to the dimensions of the simulator.
1) Access to the simulator requires some physical dexterity, the cockpit is real size and a bit of a squeeze. You should be able to lift both legs at least 1 to 2 feet of the floor without assistance.
2) Wheel chair access is restricted.
3) This experience is not suitable for anybody with photo sensitive epilepsy.
4) Seats are real Boeing seats and so people smaller than 4ft 8" will struggle to see out of the window.
5) When turning up for your experience please inform the instructor if you suffer from motion sickness. During the session the simulator can be stopped at any time.
6) Our staff are not CRB checked so young children MUST be accompanied by a NON flying adult who is responsible for them whilst the flying adult is in the simulator.
7) Minimum age to fly is 12 years.
